Page 06 layout- Page 06 final pencils- I’m unhappy with how I did a lot of the special effects in this page. I’m not into the chunky blur on the sword hilt for panel 01, or the less than spectacular effect of Sonic blocking a bunch of ice needles in panel 04. I should have done much, [...] Just the pencils! These Off-Panels were my first assignments on Sonic and I was super lucky that I got to draw some of the Battle Bird Armada. I also got Eggman and Knuckles this time around. When I drew this image of Jet I had not yet played any of the Sonic Riders games. I had of [...] I had originally set the sketch limit at 5. But these came in at the right moment and I really like both of the characters so I thought I’d throw them in too.
