Earlier this year I traveled up to Seattle for the Emerald Comic Con where I discovered BOOM! Studios. This was very exciting to me because I had no idea there was this amazing company putting out a ton of cool comic titles, especially in the kids lineup! On that very same day they made the announcement they would be publishing brand new Darkwing Duck and Ducktales comics which pushed me over the edge. They have so many cool comics that I would love to work on!
It turns out I’m not the only one because just after that I met the talented Liz Argall. She is many things and one of them is a comic book writer. Another is a fan of the Muppets.
If you dont know already BOOM! publishes several titles of Muppet comics and we started talking about how fantastic it would be to be help bring to life such a wonderful creative property. In our enthusiasm we created this single page story featuring Miss Piggy. Enjoy!
